A beautiful Saturday
by Joost van der Schee It was another beautiful (competition) Saturday. The sun was shining and the birds were singing… everyone was looking forward to it. My day started with a match of the F. There the children followed the opponent so well that we could give them the instruction to not only follow their opponent, but also the ball. It had an immediate effect on the game and the match was won 7-4.

Korfball at the Talententent
You may have had korfball lessons at school in recent weeks. Did you like it? From Wednesday February 7 to Wednesday March 13 you can continue playing korfball via the Talent Tent at Oranje-Nassau. For groups 1 to 6, lessons are from 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM in Sporthallen Zuid. For groups 7 and 8 the lessons are from 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM in Sporthallen Zuid. Register via the links below:

Game night for kids
There is a games evening for all our youth members in the canteen on Friday, February 9. Kangaroos and F are welcome from 5:00 PM - 6:30 PM. E to A from 6:30 PM - 9:00 PM. Food is provided. Oranje Nassau D1 plays first indoor match
On Saturday our D1 played its first indoor match against the pupils of DOC in Bussum. Although most of the children at DOC were a lot taller, that did not stop our D’s. Through very concentrated defense and strong teamwork (both when delivering the ball and in attack), the team managed to equalize after being 2-0 behind. In the penultimate minute, Oranje-Nassau scored the winning goal. A very equal and exciting match.

Camp reunion in the canteen
Yesterday was the camp reunion. About 30 children were present to eat together, play games and of course watch the long-awaited camp video. There was delicious stew in three flavors: hutspot, sauerkraut and kale. Of course there was also custard, just like at camp. Only on such a special evening there is of course no (dishwashing) chores. It was another very pleasant evening!
