Korfball: a typically Dutch sport

Are you relatively new to the Netherlands, a bit lost, and having trouble fitting in? Becoming a sports fan can really help! If you’re already into soccer, you might tune into the ‘Eredivisie’, convince yourself to fall in love with a Dutch team, and empathise with its highs and lows. Soccer is certainly the Netherlands’ most popular sport, with more than a million players in the country.

But if you want to become really Dutch - more Dutch, in fact, than most Dutch people themselves - let yourself discover the wonders of korfball.

Fun and healthy

We play sports because it is fun and healthy. Teamwork to accomplish a shared goal, improving your skills and becoming fit by pushing yourself to the limit... it feels great and it is also good for your health.

For young and old

Oranje-Nassau is a club for everybody, whether you are young or old. For the youngest we have the Kangoeroe Klup and for the oldest we have the Recreanten. In between we have our youth and senior teams and Move it Mondays.

For a good time

At Oranje-Nassau it is all about having a good time. We surely want to win every now and then... but we are at our best when we are at a terrace, during a youth camp or during a holiday weekend organized by our club.
