Confidential contact
The confidential contact person encourages the creation of a safe sports environment. Consider, for example, the prevention of bullying, threats, discrimination, sexual harassment or what falls under undesirable, inappropriate behavior for you. The confidential contact person is there for all athletes, parents of athletes, trainers, leaders, volunteers, administrators and spectators. In short, for everyone who feels involved in the association, from young to old.
The confidential contact person is independent and not a member of the board. The best thing is when you can solve problems that you encounter within the association yourself or together with a member or teammate, but what if that is not the case? If you don’t know what to do about it? Then don’t keep walking around with this, but talk about it (in confidence) with the confidential advisor of the association.
